Solestial pieces are made from high quality surgical stainless steel, and then plated with 18k gold using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). PVD is the highest quality technique of gold plating, is thicker than standard gold plating on sterling silver, is environmentally friendly, and NEVER wears off or tarnishes.

This means that your jewellery is 100% waterproof, sweat proof, heat resistant, ocean proof, and adventure proof.

Lifetime Colour Warranty

We feel so confident that our jewellery won't lose it's gold color over time, that we offer a lifetime warranty on all colour related issues.

If your item tarnishes or turns silver, please contact us for a replacement. Any additional shipping will need to be paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30 day refund and return policy on full priced items only.

We accept refunds if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and it it's original condition and packaging.
  • The item was bought at full price.

We do not accept refunds on:

  • Gift vouchers.
  • Purchases made at a stockist.
  • Sale items are final, unless the item is faulty.
  • Items purchased using a discount code/promo code are only eligible for a store credit, unless the item is faulty.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We offer a lifetime colour warranty on our gold jewellery. If your item tarnishes, please reach out to us and we will happily send you a brand new one (free of charge, excluding shipping costs).

The shipping cost on your original order is non-refundable. You will be required to pay for your own return shipping, as well as any shipping for an exchange item.
